• Meet and Greet service is included at no additional cost for airport, seaport, and train station bookings, with 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time will be charged according to our rate schedule, in 30-minute increments.

• For non-airport A to B trips, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. Additional waiting time will be charged as per our rate schedule in 15-minute increments.

• Hourly Hire bookings do not include complimentary waiting time, and charges commence from the scheduled booking time.

• Hourly Hire bookings are limited to 10 miles of driving distance per hour. Additional distance will be charged according to our rate schedule.

• Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will not incur any cancellation fees.

• Bookings cancelled between 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Bookings cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Our system is unable to calculate bookings towards Europe (international bookings). For a quote on such trips, please contact us via email or phone.
